  • The product I purchased doesn't fit me. Can I return the product I ordered?
    Of course. We want you happy. If the product has the wrong size, you can return it (JUST BECAUSE does not cover the return shipment costs) and we will provide the right size for you free of charge. Please always check the size chart and/or the description before choosing your size.

  • Can I order multiple size and then just return the size that don't fit me?
    We will not be able to provide such a professional assistance with return sheets and post labels like big providers. Please check the size chart to check which size would fit you and pick the items you like.

  • I don't like the product I bought. Can I return it?
    Of course. You're able to return your shipment within 7 days. However, please note that we will not cover the shipping costs for the return. You'll be refunded shortly after your product came back.

  • Can I pick up the items at your store or your depot?
    No, unfortunately we do not offer this service at the moment.

  • Do you ship worldwide?
    No, as for now, we only do ship to European countries (including Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland). Please note that customs or administration fees might occur in your country. Please refer to our shipping page for details.
